April's empties.

Last day of April today. April's almost gone and so did many of my beauty products. So here's a review about them.

Let's begin with the hair products.

Pantene Spray Conditioner 

I  am totally in love with this product. It makes my hair so soft and it is making  theccombing so easy. I was using it after shower but you can use it to dry hair as well. Definitely I will buy it again.



Aussie Miracle Hair Spray Shine+Hold

To be honest I didn't like that much that hair spray because I didn't see that "Hold" that it's written on. Maybe it wasn't good for my hair irdk, but I really didn't like that. I'm not planning to buy it again.

Face products.

Vichy Normaderm Foundation

It's a very nice liquid foundation but I need more coverage on my face than what it gives. It has a matte finish and it's light weighted. I will buy this again only if I decide that I want a light weighted foundation with medium coverage.



The Body Shop Aloe Soothing Cream

It's one of my favorite face moisturizing creams.... It's so nice to my skin and prevents all the red ness I have over there. It's just fabulous! The best aloe moisturizer I've ever used. Totally buying this again ASAP!



Bepanthol Intensive for Face and Eyes

I actually used this more to my eyes and not that much to my face..It's a very nice moisturizer. It'd so difficult to find an eye cream that gives only moisturizing. Most of them are for fine lines and wrinkles. So it's difficult to find a good moisturizer as well. But this cream has both! I have already ordered online for a new one.



Neutrogena Immediate Repair Lip Balm

My favorite lip balm for years. It's by far the best lip balm I've ever used. Having constantly cracked lips I need a good lip balm to help them and what just all I need. I will buy this balm for ever!






The Body Shop 3-in-1 Deep Cleansing Mask

It's a very nice face mask that helps a lot reducing the blackheads but not quite what I need. I don't plan buying this again. You can find the way I use it here


Foot cream

Pharmasept Tol Velvet Intensive Foot Cream

A very nice foot cream.I saw immediate chance from the first use! It's a very very very good product! I will buy this again soon!!!!!!!!

Lips exfoliating, the natural way.

What I love the most is homemade beauty tips, tricks and recipes. One of my favourites is lips exfoliator with two natural ingredients that everyone have at their home. Sugar and oil.

What you'll need:
1 t.s. sugar
1/3 of the t.s. olive oil or sesame oil

What to do:
Mix those two ingredients on your palm. Add some more oil or sugar if needed. The mixture must have more sugar. Then take some of it and rub it in your lips in circular moves. Put as much as you need and then remove it with a towel paper. The sugar is going to help the dead sells to be removed and the oil will moisturize your lips.Don't wash it out if you wish not to.

REVIEW : NYX MATTE LIPSTICK

Hello, hello!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today I'm having a review about my favorite dark lipstick for that winter!!!!!!! I know that summer is coming but I can't say goodbye to that matte lipstick. It's my must have and as long as I have a pale skin this dark color has a perfect antithesis effect on me. So about the product. Usually matte lipsticks dry out the skin and give an uncomfortable feeling. To be honest I've never had those problems with that lipstick. I always wear a lip balm under the lipstick I'm planning to wear but some of them don't seem to cooperate in addition to that lipstick. I can wear it all night long without put it on again for a freshening up!!!!!!! I just love it!!!!!!!! It has all I need!!!!!!!! And I adore that dark, vampy color.

Cleaning up my makeup brushes

Believe it or not i use hair products to clean up my brushes. Yeah that's right i use hair shampoo and hair conditioner and believe me they're clean as hell. I've used some liquids and staff that do the cleaning but I really prefer my technique. So this is what I do.I take the brush i want to clean and I put it under the sink in order to wet the brush hair. Then I put some shampoo on my palm and I move each brush depending on the way i use it on my face. What I mean. I'll clean with circular moves my blusher brush but with dabbing moves my foundation brush, that way I clean the right spots in my brushes. After I've finished shampooing my brushes I put a hair conditioner, to make the brush hair more soft, maybe it's a brush but it has hair, right? And we need to keep the hair soft. Well after that, I clean my brushes from the conditioner I put them on a shallow dish that i have already put 2 layers of a kitchen roll paper and I let them to dry.

What do I do if I'm in a hurry? 
I take a make up remover wipe and i clean with it the brushes I am going to use.


P. S. I only use synthetic haired brushes!

Aspirine, more than a pain killer

I'm not the kind of person who every time has a headache takes pills. Not at all i would say. But i always keep aspirines in my draw just in case. In case that a zit will show up and i want it gone! Yup I'm putting aspirine in my face but I have a good reason for that. Two good reasons to be more specific. Aspirines are well known for their antiinflammatory effect and besides that their chemistry is very close to Beta Hydroxy Acid which helps to exfoliate and clean deeply the skin. Now before we start, in order to use this in your skin you have to make sure that you are not allergic to aspine and that you don't have serious acne. So let's get started.

What you'll need:

1/2 of the aspirine
1 tea spoon
1 cotton bud
some water

What to do:

Put some water in the spoon, not very much only as much as you need in order to melt the aspirine. After the aspirine melts, it becomes a granulated paste and then you know it's ready. Then take the cotton bud, swamp it in the paste and dub it on the spots you want to. You must have clean face. Leave this to your skin for about 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Before rinsing i like to wet my fingers and massage the spots that I have putter the paste on just to help the exfoliating part.


extra tips

• Use this at night and the next day put on a sunblock

• You can do it daily until the zit/zits is/are gone

• You can mix it with some greek yogurt for better and faster results 

• You can also use it for the zits on your back (if you have any of course) 

• If you have sensitive skin try it on first on a small skin area

REVIEW : KORRES MANGO CANDY BODY MILK

Summer is coming and so does heat. This means that our skin needs some good moisturizing but with all that heat body butter is just too much. My choice for the summer days moisturizer is a nice body milk but besides a light texture I want deep moisturizing and a nice smell as well. I want it all! And I've found it in Korres body milk. I chose Mango Candy because of the smell. It was so good that i couldn't resist. Apart from the majestic smell was the ingredients that made me buy this product. Almond oil, active aloe, provitamine B5, Shea Butter and no parabens included was more than enough to make me want it. So as you would guess i couldn't wait but try it. And i was more than happy when I saw that my skin absorbed the whole thing without even trying to massage it, as most of the products for body moisturizing do. And the smell..... Oh, the smell...... I couldn't get enough of it.....

So, that's my fav summer moisturizing product, for this year at least. What's yours? And what made you buy it and love it?

Sunday-Funday(for me at least)

After a night out an a lot of makeup my skin needs a good, deep cleaning and a good moisturizing! So Sunday for me is the best day to do so because I have the whole day for myself so I can take care of me and relax all day long!!!!!!!!!!!

Step 1:I wash my face with the Mario Badescu Acne Facial Cleanser, I put it on wet skinin massaging in a circular motion and then I rinse it off with warm water.

Step 2: I put on the Blue Corn mask for deep cleansing from The Body Shop,  I leave it to dry out for about 15 minutes and then I put some water in my hands, I massage my face in order to help the mask exfoliate and then I rinse.
Step 3: I use my moisturizers with aloe,  the one for the eyes is Aloe Eye Defense from The Body Shop and the other for the face is from Sostar cosmetics with aloe,  argan oil and urea.

I have been waiting a looooooong for this day.....! The day that I own a M.A.C. lipstick! The Russian Red to be more specific! Finally this day came and I can't be less than excited . It's the perfect color, the perfect lipstick. I totally recommend it to everyone that wants a very good lipstick. But the best part is that M.A.C has SO many colors for you to choose that it's kinda impossible to make a decision. Anyways,  that's my special news.
